Prima Restaurant
The Side, Newcastle Quayside.
Prima Restaurant is proposing to open up their rooftop area to accommodate a covered open plan tapas and bar area. There would be a number of seated tables with glass bi-fold doors. The frontage would include a glass balustrade balcony to the Side.
The area would be accessible via an internal staircase and disabled lift. The development would bring a contemporary and cosmopolitan aesthetic to this part of the city.
